Since the beginning of Can Pastilla, in both directions, you have a lot of beaches, all as beautiful as the others: Es Molinar, Ciutat Jardin, Can Pere Antoni, El Arenal, Cala Blava

Near Can Pastilla you can find town Arenal, there you will find the famous Calle del Jamón (Schinken Strasse in German) with local like Bier Köning (King beer), disco Bamboleo and slightly to the right disco Mega Park a Gothic cathedral beer. 

If you are looking for culture you can also visit the Palma aquarium.

Driving directions

It is well connected, 2.5 km from the airport and 8 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca.

To reach from the airport there are several possibilities: The cheapest is to take the bus line 21 of the Municipal Transport Company (EMT) right out of the airport terminal. The other option is to hire a taxi. From the airport to Can Pastilla. You can also rent a car , we provided this service. 

This is a neighborhood that capitalizes on one of the best geographical locations of the island.

In addition, the neighborhood is very close to the city of Palma and has the bus network this, so the neighborhood is not more than 20 minutes by bus from the capital and less than 5 minutes with a car and the highway passing Can Pastilla proximity.

Security deposit 500 euro will be blocked on your credit card on check in day and will be returned within 48 hours after check out if the house is in good conditions and no damage to the house was done.

Check-in after 20:00 and check-out before 08:00 has an extra cost of 30 euro.

Electricity limit - 245 kWh included in the rate. After this, electricity costs EUR 0.28 euro per 1 Kw.

Limiting water consumption 1 m3 / day are included in the price. After that, water costs 10 euros / 1 M3.

Final cleaning: 150 euro.

Holiday rental license: License granted in process of receipt
